ABOUT CARLY

Carly received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from New York University and her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Hunter College in New York City. She is the former Director of Speech-Language at Children’s Academy, an integrated, multidisciplinary K-12th grade school for children with speech, language and learning delays located in midtown Manhattan. Carly has owned and operated a private practice since 2012, providing therapy, assessments and consulting services to children and families in Upstate NY & The Berkshires.

Carly has extensive experience evaluating and treating children diagnosed with a variety of speech and language impairments. Her areas of clinical focus are Autism Spectrum Disorders, Global Developmental Delays, Motor-Speech Disorders (Apraxia), Articulation/Phonological disorders, Receptive & Expressive Language Impairments, Delays in Play and Social Skills, Auditory Processing Disorders and Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. Carly enjoys working closely with parents, teachers and therapists to promote learning and engagement throughout a child’s whole world.
